Website for Artists registers the
domain for you. You remain the legal registrant of the domain.
As such, you will be asked upon signing up with us for your
current postal address, phone number, and email information.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact information
for the domain registration. You must notify Website For Artists
with any changes in registration information.

Website for Artists will host its
clients' websites for a $12.50 a monthly fee payable through an
automated monthly PayPal subscription or by check in 3 month
increments.

As part of the hosting agreement,
Website for Artists clients can request alterations to the site
provided as a service in the following form:

Switching or deleting, or adding
one image 5 times a month or
-
Switching or deleting, or adding
one portion of text (up to 500 characters)

Any additional changes performed
by Website for Artists will follow the pricing
guidelines set forth on this website

Website for Artists will keep
any unused updating credits for up to 3 months

Updating Services: Website for Artists
will make every effort to have your updated information online
within 2 business days.

Hosting Services: Website for Artists
shall use commercially reasonable efforts to have your website
accessible and online on a twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven
(7) days a week basis. You acknowledge and agree that from time
to time your website may be inaccessible because of: (i) equipment
malfunctions; (ii) periodic maintenance procedures or repairs
that Website for Artists may need to perform from time to time;
or (iii) causes beyond the reasonable control of Website for
Artists or that are not reasonably foreseeable by Website for
Artists, including, without limitation, interruption or failure
of telecommunication or digital transmission links, hostile
network attacks, network congestion or events beyond our control
(i.e. acts of God). You acknowledge and agree that Website for
Artists has no control over the availability of the Services
on a continuous or uninterrupted basis.

You agree to comply with any applicable
local, state, federal and international laws, government rules
or requirements. You agree you will not be entitled to a refund
of any fees paid to Website for Artists if, for any reason,
Website for Artists takes corrective action with respect to
your improper or illegal use of its Services, including but
not limited to copyright infringement, activities invasive of
the privacy of a third party, racially, ethnically, or otherwise
objectionable; activities designed to impersonate the identity
of a third party; illegal access to other computers or networks
(i.e., hacking); distribution of Internet viruses or similar
destructive activities.
